Summer Skincare Must Haves

Summer is upon us and the sun is strong. It's easy to forget how damaging the sun could be when you are relaxing on the beach and working on your tan. Active people need enhanced protection as sweat and frequent toweling tends to remove the sun protection cream right off your face. A sweatproof and waterproof formula will work wonders in shielding your delicate skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays.

After heading in from the sun, the best and most soothing feeling is applying aloe vera gel to your face and body. You will immediately feel refreshed and rehydrated. Especially on areas that have been hard hit by the sun's rays, your sunburned arms and legs will feel relief in no time.

With these suncare tips, you can relax and not worry about damaging your skin this summer. Just remember to drink plenty of water and try to limit your sun bathing during the peak hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. That is when the sun is at its strongest and you are at more risk for skin damage.
